摘要
MgAlON材料较易被氧化 ,研究了几种抗氧化剂的作用。结果表明 :B4 C和SiC的效果最好 ,它们氧化后分别生成B2 O3、SiO2 及其化合物 ,填充于材料气孔 ,起着保护作用 。
MgAlON spinel tends to be easily oxidized. In this work, the effects of several anti oxidizing agents on the oxidation resistance of MgAlON spinel were investigated.The results indicate that B 4C and SiC are most effective; their oxidation products (B 2O 3,SiO 2)would fill into the pores of the material with protective influence; thus the oxidation process of MgAlON spinel is converted from continuous to protective nature.
