摘要
热力学、SEM、EDS和XRD研究表明 ,在MgAlON合成过程中 ,一部分SiO2 杂质被还原挥发 ,另一部分转变成Si3N4或者SiC。
The thermodynamic study of synthesis MgAlON shows that the behavior of impurity SiO 2 is that one part of SiO 2 is volatilized,another is turned into Si 3N 4 and SiC during the synthesis process of MgAlON by means of thermodynamic analysis,SEM, EDS and XRD.
