摘要
针对 10 0 0 0kVA制磷电炉在化工试车和生产中出现的炉气温度过高、电极位置升高 ,炉渣中磷含量过高等现象 ,分析其主要原因是焦炭粒度过大 ,导致炉内物料局部缺碳。为确保入炉的焦炭粒度合格、称量正确 ,将颚板上的楞条加密、更换了电子秤 ,并加强生产管理 ,重新制定了开车技术方案和工艺控制指标 ,运行中对工艺参数进行了跟踪、分析 ,达到了设计指标 ,并提出了继续完善的方向 。
In analyzing such problems arising in commissioning and operation of the 10?000?kVA phosphorus furnace as too high temperature of furnace gas,elevated position of electrodes,and too high phosphorus content in furnace slag,the author attributes them to the oversize of coke particles,which causes regional shortage of coke in the furnace.In order to ensure the proper size of coke in the charge and weighing precision,blocks on the jaw plate were made denser,the electronic scale was replaced,production management was reinforced,the technical scheme for commissioning and process control indexes were redrafted.During operation,process parameters were tracked and analyzed,design indexes were realized.Authors propose the direction for further improvement to have the phosphorus furnace operate under optimal conditions.
