摘要
黄磷是高能耗的化工产品 ,节能降耗是黄磷企业共同关心的问题。介绍了制磷电炉炉内的主要化学反应和制磷电炉电耗的计算方法 ,分析了配合料中ω(P2 O5)、ω(Fe2 O3 )、ω(CO2 )对制磷电炉电耗的影响 。
The phosphorus is a high energy consuming chemical product.Saving energy and lowering consumption decreasing is an issue of common concern for the phosphorus production enterprises.It introduces the main chemical reaction and the calculation method of the power consumption of the electric furnace and analyzes the influence of ω(P 2O 5),ω(Fe 2O 3) and ω(CO 2) in the batch on the power consumption of the electric furnace.Suggestions are also given to this issue.
