摘要
我国大型磷复肥装置中湿法磷酸副产的氟硅酸多用于生产氟化铝。介绍采用美国铝业公司技术建设的 14kt/a氟化铝装置的工艺流程 ,通过试车和试生产提出了反应器、结晶器、闪蒸干燥器和煅烧炉的工艺控制参数 。
The by product,fluorosilicic acid,from production of wet process phosphoric acid in Chinese large sized phosphate compound fertilizer plants is mostly used to produce aluminum fluoride.The author describes the process flow of the 14?kt/a aluminum fluoride plant constructed with the technology of American Aluminum Industry Company,lists process control parameters of the reactor,the crystallizer,the flash dryer,and the calcinator through a summary of commissioning,and puts forwards solutions to existing problems.
