某些环境因子对罗非鱼脑垂体催乳激素分泌细胞活动的影响 被引量:3

摘要 于1986年11月—1987年2月,对冬季培育在普通池塘(矿化度150.00mg/L)和温泉池塘(矿化度89.73mg/L)的尼罗罗非鱼(Tilapia nilotica)脑垂体前叶超微结构观察比较的结果表明:降低水环境矿化度会导致催乳激素分泌细胞高的活性。对温泉池不同温度组罗非鱼脑垂体催乳激素分泌细胞的超微结构形态学比较以及进行细胞胞体和胞核体积测定比较的数据证明:温度变化是影响催乳激素分泌细胞活动的重要因素;在温泉环境中,催乳激素分泌细胞的体积无明显昼夜变化。 The cytological and ultrastructural changes in prolactin cells were observed in rostral pars distalis of hypophysis of Tilapia niloiica during overwintering from November, 1986 to February, 1987. The results indicate that higher cellular activity in hot spring pond-adapted fish (mineralization intensity: 89.73 mg/L) than in normal pond-adapted fish (mineralization intensity: 150.00 mg/L) is likely due to low environmental mineralization intensity. Decrease in mineralization intensity leads to high activity of prolactin cells. Furthermore, the evidences from cell and nuclear volume survements, and ultrastructural observations suggest that temperatures perhaps be a major environmental factor in the control of fish prolactin cells activity in hot spring ponds. The results also show no change in prolactin cell volume day and night in hot spring ponds.
