摘要
适应于日益强劲的绿色化浪潮 ,绿色壁垒的产生有它客观必然性 ;而绿色壁垒是根据WTO以及国际协议的相关规定而制定的 ,因此是合理合法的 ,它成了国际贸易中的真正的壁垒 ;
Adapted to more and more powerful green tide, there is objective inevitability for green trade barrier to emerge, but green trade barrier is according to the pertinent regulations of WTO and internatinal agreement. Therefore, it has become the real barrier in international trade, and developing green economy is the radical measure to counteract the influence of green trade barrier.
