摘要
不断恶化的环境问题使环境安全日渐凸现。本文论述了环境安全的由来、概念、特征和现状，并力图较为全面地分析环境安全对当代国际关系的深刻影响。作者认为，环境安全问题既促使国际关系向“绿色”化演变，又给当代国际关系紧张化增添诸多新的变量，包括主权纷争、环境殖民主义、环境问题的国际冲突等。
The gradual worsen environmental problem results in appeasence of environmental safety,This thesis expounds the origin,conception,feature and present situation of environmental safety and tries to explain overally that the environmental sdfety affects saverly on the present international relationship.The author lolds that the problem of environmental safety can both make the international relation ship greenlized and add several new changed factor which includes conflict of sovereignty,the environmental colonialism,international conflict of environmental problem and so on ,to the tense present international relationship.
