摘要
试验采用砂培方法研究了NaCl胁迫对棉花苗期几种营养元素含量和吸收的影响。结果表明,随着NaCl胁迫加强,根、茎、叶中的Na、K、Mn以及根系中Zn含量随之增加,而Ca、Mg、Cu、Fe在根、茎、叶中的含量以及茎、叶中Zn的含量则减少。棉苗对Ca、Mg、Cu、Zn、Fe、K的吸收量随NaCl胁迫加强而明显降低,而Na、Mn的吸收量却增加。棉苗干物重随NaCl胁迫加强而呈线性下降。
This experiment is conducted to determine the influence of NaCl stress on the content and uptake of some nutriments in cotton seedlings. The uptake of Ca, Mg, K, Cu, Zn, Fe, by the plant decreased significantly with increasing of NaCl stress. The effects of NaCl stress on the content of nutriments were related to the elements and plant parts. The result shows that a significant correlation negatively occurs between dry matter accumulation of cotton seedlings and NaCl stress.
