摘要
报道了厦门西海域1987年1~12月赤潮调查期间表现耗氧量(AOU)的分布特征及同赤潮生物数量和环境因子的关系。结果表明,赤潮发生期间,水体中的AOU含量同赤潮生物数量、COD、pH值存在着明显的负相关,同氮呈现正相关,调查区N/P(原子比)为60.87,磷成为该海区浮游植物繁殖生长的限制因子,因而当水体中的磷得到外界补充时,AOU同磷呈现负相关;水体中的磷得不到补充时,AOU同磷呈现正相关。
Described here is the AOU (apparent oxygen utilization) distributional characteristics in the Xiamen Western Harbour during red tide investigation from January through December 1987 and its relationship with the quantity of red tide organisms and environmental factors.The conclusion is that during red tide there was an obvious negative correlativity among the AOU level of water column and the quantity of red tide organisms,COD and pH,and a positive one between AOU and N.The.atomic N:P ratio in the studied sea area was 60.87.P was a restricting factor of phytoplankton bloom.Accordingly AOU was negatively related to P when P in the water column was supplied from outer sources and positively related to P when there was no P supply.
