血液稀释时缺血心肌收缩功能的改善效应 被引量：1

摘要 用14只开胸狗，观察急性心肌缺血早期氏血液粘度对心脏收缩功能的改善效应，结果：（1）阻断冠脉40分时，测得心脏收缩时间间期（STI）和血液动力学各指标发生明显改变。射血前期（PEP）延长，左室射血时间（VLET）缩短、PEP／LVET比值增大，动脉收缩人压降低，舒张压高以及心输出量养活，各参数照会 有显著性差异；（2）阻断冠脉10分后，行右旋糖酐等速，等量血液衡释，基本上消除了缺血引起的STI和血液动学各指标变化，缺血40 分时，各参数与对照值相比，无显著性差异。结果提示，心肌缺血早期血液度的异常升高，可能具有加剧收缩功能损害的作用。
