摘要
目的 观察和比较针刺“内关”、静脉注射一氧化氮 (NO)前体 L-精氨酸 (L- Arg)以及两者联合应用对急性心肌缺血 (AMI)大鼠的不同改善效应。方法 采用结扎左冠状动脉前降支建立 AMI模型 ,随机设立对照组、AMI组、L- Arg治疗组、针刺“内关”治疗组、L- Arg加针刺“内关”治疗组 ,观察平均动脉压 (MAP)、心率 (HR)和心功能多项指标的变化。结果 AMI组以上各项指标较正常对照组明显降低 ,而各治疗组以上各项指标均有不同程度的改善 ,其中针药结合治疗组改善最显著。结论 L- Arg加针刺内关联合应用对 AMI有更好的治疗效果。
Objective To observe and compare the different effects among the treatments with electroacupuncture(EA) at “Neiguan” acupoint, intravenous administration of a precursor of nitric oxide(NO) L arginine(L Arg) and the drug administration combined with the EA in rats with acute myocardial ischemia(AMI). Methods The rat model of AMI was set up by ligature of the anterior descending branch of the left coronary artery. The animals were divided randomly into 5 groups, i.e. control group, AMI group, L Arg administration group, EA at “Neiguan” acupoint group and the group of L Arg administration combined with the EA. Changes of mean arterial pressure(MAP), heart rate(HR) and the cardiac functions were observed and recorded, and the cardiac functions included left ventricular systolic pressure(LVSP), left ventricular end diastolic pressure(LVEDP), maximal rate for left ventricular pressure rising and declining(±dp/dt max ), velocity of contractile element(Vce) and total area of cardiac force loop(LO). Results The data showed that MAP, HR and all the indices of cardiac functions of AMI group were significantly lower than those of control group, and those of separate treatment group's reversed to different extents. Among these treatment groups the hemodynamic and cardiac functions of the group of L Arg administration combined with EA were mostly improved. Conclusion The treatment effect of AMI by combined application of L Arg and EA at “Neiguan” acupoint is better than that by single L Arg administration or EA, respectively.
