摘要
风险投资现被视为促进高新技术企业和中小企业发展最有效的方法之一。我国目前也在大力发展风险投资 ,但是我国的目前风险投资大多数采取都是政府直接出资建立或政府公司直接组建风险投资公司并参与管理运作的方法。本文较为详细地介绍和分析了美国政府支持风险投资体系及其优缺点 ,并对我国发展风险投资提出了有益的建议。
Venture Capital Fund is approved an effective way to promote the development of high technology industry and small business. Chinese government is now engaged into setting up venture capital promotion system by the way of government directly operating and controlling. This paper provide some policy and operation suggestion on Chinese government venture promotion based on analyzing United Nation's system.
