摘要
在 2 0世纪 90年代 ,我国风险投资存在政府行为浓厚、法制不健全、投资规模小、投资行为不规范、缺少退出机制等问题。在第十个五年计划期间 ,应该组建风险投资基金、风险投资公司 ,开辟二板股票市场 ,规范政府行为 ,制定鼓励风险投资政策等。在此基础上 ,加强风险投资的监管 。
This article analyses the feature of China′s venture investment in 1990′s, and points out its problems. The author holds that we have all conditions in developing our investment and puts forward some proposals to deal with it in the 10th Five-Years plan.
