摘要
公共决策咨询是一种非常重要的咨询形式，受到世界各国的普遍重视。本文重点考察了美国、日本、德国、俄罗斯公共决策咨询的情况，分析概括了它们的一些成功经验，具体指出了其历史局限性和工作缺陷，为提高我国公共决策科学化、民主化水平提供有益借鉴。
Public decision consulting is a very important consulting form. Countries around the world have all attached great importance to it. This paper focuses on the public decision consulting situation in the U.S., Japan, Germany and Russia. It analyses and summarizes some of their successful experience. At the same time, it also points out their historical limitations and shortcomings in practice. It provides beneficial reference to us in our efforts to make China's public decision more scientific and democratic.
