摘要
针对目前山西农业科技咨询业的发展仍处于初级阶段的现状,阐述了发展农业科技咨询业对加速农业科技进步和促进山西农业持续发展的重要意义,明确了逐步实现农业科技咨询产业的现代化是山西农业科技咨询业发展的根本任务,提出了发展农业科技咨询企业、加强技术基础建设、建立高素质的咨询队伍、建立合理的市场机制及营造良好的发展环境等5项发展对策。
The development of Sharoci agricultural sci - tech consultation industry is stili in primary stage nowadays. This paper explains the importance of developing agricultural sci - tech consultation industry on speeding up the agricultural sci- tech progress and promoting sustained development of Shanxi agriculture, clarifies the basie task of development of Sharra agricultural sci - tech consultation industry, and puts forward five development countermeasures of developing agricultural sci - tech consultation enterprises, strengthening technical base construction, building up high quality consultation contingents, setting up rational market system and creating a favorable development environment.
