摘要 Spectrofluorimetricdeterminationofzinc(Ⅱ)withN-salicylidenephenylalanineLiuShaopu;WangLujun;ZhouGuangming(InstttvteojEnvironm... A new fluorescent reagent, N-salicylidene phenylalannie (SPHE) has been synthesized. Thefluorescence spectrum of the complex of SPHE with zinc(Ⅱ) , the suitable conditions of the reaction ,the composition of the complex , the sensitivity and selectivity of the method were investigated. The max-imum excitation and emission wavelengths are at 272 nm and 448 nm, respectively. In aqueous solu-tion containing 4%~30% of ethanol with PH8.0~8. 3. The method has been high sensitivity, itsdetection limit being 2. 1 ng/ml of zinc(Ⅱ), and can be applied to the determination of trace mountsof zinc in water and human hair samples.
