摘要
研究了在磷酸介质中 ,罗丹明B与I-3的离子缔合物的共振散射光谱。确定了散射光强度与溶液中Cr 浓度的关系。提出了共振散射测定Cr 的新方法。方法的检出限为 2 .2 μg/L ,线性范围为1 0 .0~ 5 0 0 μg/L。结合离子交换分离法 ,用于环境水样中铬的形态分析 ,结果满意。
The spectrum of KI-Cr?-Rhodamine B ion association complex has the resonance in phosphoric acid medium. Based on this phenomenon, we studied the relation between the intensity of resonance scattering and the concentration of Cr?. A new method was proposed for the determination of Cr? by resonance scattering. The linear range of the determination is 10.0~500 μg/L, the detection limit is 2.2 μg/L. This method has been applied to the speciation analysis of chromium in the environmental water and the result is satisfactory.
