摘要
讨论分析了近几年国内外硅微电子和ＧａＡｓ微电子生产与技术的进展，并对未来微电子的发展进行了展望。
The progress in the production and technology of Si microelectron and GaAs microelectron at home and abroad in recent years has been discussed, and the prospects for the development of microelectron have been made.
