摘要
本文报道了室内人工培养条件下海南沼虾的胚胎发育过程及初孵幼体的形态、生态特性。对各期胚胎及初孵幼体进行了较详细的描述。此外,通过对雌虾抱卵数、卵径、受精卵的孵化时间,及初孵幼体主要形态特征和生态习性的比较,作者认为Wong(1989)所报道的,采自香港的那种淡水虾并不是海南沼虾。
Macrobrachium hainanense is an important species of commercial freshwater prawn in the coastal provinces of south China. In this paper, the embryo development and the first zoea of the prawn are described.Ovigerous female of M. hainanense bears many small eggs which are oval and measured 0.45×0.58mm. The embryo development may be divided into 12 stages. The incubation period lasts about 13 days at 24-28.5℃.The larva hatched as free-swimming zoea of body length 1.8-1.9mm, having only two pairs of pereiopods present as buds and no pleopods. The moult of the first zoea occurs in the brackish water only.Wong (1989) described the larval development of a prawn regarded as 'M. hainanense'. But in comparing egg and incubation period as well as morphology and habit of the first zoea, it can be seen that the prawn reported by Wong, collected from Hongkong does not belongs to M. hainanense.
