摘要
本文观察了无血管并发症的Ⅱ型糖尿病患者在30min中等强度运动前后血浆因子Ⅷ相关蛋白,纤维结合蛋白及血清抗凝血酶Ⅲ活性的变化。提示适当运动对无血管并发症的Ⅱ型糖尿病患者不产生不良影响,推测运动疗法可能有助于延缓血管并发症的发生发展。
The dynamic changes of plasma level of von Willibrand factor (vWF) andfibronectin (FN) and antithrombinⅢ (AT-Ⅲ ) activity before and after30 min acute moderate exercise loading were investigated in 20 cases ofNIDDM without obvicus vascular complication, and 20 normal subjects as thecontrol group. The relations among vWF,FN, AT-Ⅲ and platelet and the effectof acute exercise loading on the development of diabetic angiopathy were discussed. The results of this study suggested that appropriale moderate physical exer-cise might not be harmful to the development of diabetic angiopathy and thatexercise therapy might be beneficial in delaying the development of diabetic angiopathy.
