摘要
通过对４０例尿ＡＥＲ不同的ＮＩＤＤＭ患者及１０例健康人，进行单次６０％ＶＯ２ｍａｘ中等强度的急性运动负荷前、后尿ＮＡＧ及尿ＡＥＲ的测定，结果表明：①尿ＡＥＲ２０μｇ／ｍｉｎ的糖尿病患者，与正常对照组比较，中等强度的急性运动负荷前、后尿ＮＡＧ、尿ＡＥＲ无明显变化。②尿ＡＥＲ２０～２００μｇ／ｍｉｎ的糖尿病患者，中等强度急性运动负荷后即刻及运动后３０分钟，尿ＮＡＧ、尿ＡＥＲ较运动前明显升高，在运动后９０分钟才恢复至运动前水平。提示：中等强度的急性运动负荷对早期糖尿病肾病患者尿ＮＡＧ及尿ＡＥＲ产生短暂影响。
Urinary NAG(UNAG)and AER(UAER) of 40 NIDDM patients with different urinary NAG and 10 normal subjects before and after an acute moderate exercise load of 60% VO2max were determined.The results showed that the levels of UNAG and UAER in diabetic patients with UAER<20μg/min did not change after exercise, which were similar to that in normal subjects, but the levels of UNAG and UAER in diabetic patients with UAER 20￣200μg/min greatly increased right after exercise and at 30 minutes after exercise, and did not return to pre-exercise levels until 90 minutes after exercise. These results suggested that acute moderate exercise load might have influence of short duration on UNAG and UAER of diabetic patients with incipient diabetic nephropathy.
