摘要
目的 评价术中选择性动脉内置泵，术后皮下泵内区域灌注化疗治疗晚期胃底贲门癌的疗效。方法 随访观察上述疗法对３８例手术证实不能切除的晚期胃底贲门庙患者的疗效。结果患者体重均有所增加，吞咽困难缓解率为１００％，腹痛缓解率为８８．５％，５例泵内化疗后行再次手术切除。１年生存率为７１．１％，２年生存率为２１.１％，生存期满３年的有３例。结论 术中选择性动脉内置泵，术后泵内区域灌注化疗是治疗晚期胃底贲门癌的有效方法，可以延长患者的带瘤生存期，提高手术切除率。
Objective To evaluate the effect of selective pump-insertion into the artery during the operation and regional intraarterial chemotherapy postoperatively in the treatment of latter upper gastric cancer. Methods The effect of above treatment on 38 patients suffering from nonresectable latter upper gastric cancer was observed. Results Dysphagia alleviating rate was 100% , abdominal pain mitigating rate 88. 5%. Five cases received secondary resection after intraarterial chemotherapy. One-year and two-year survival rates were 71. 1% and 21. 1% respectively. 3 cases survived more than 3 years. Conclusion Selective pump-insertion into the artery and regional intraarterial chemotherapy is an effective treatment of latter upper gastric cancer, which can prolong the survival period of patients with tumor and increase the resectable rate.
