摘要
为了探讨γ干扰素(IFN-γ)在免疫治疗和免疫化疗中的作用,作者以K562和MKN45人胃癌细胞为靶细胞,观察IFN-γ对TIL、LAK细胞毒活性的影响;同时选用五种化疗药物,以SGC7901人胃癌细胞为靶细胞,评价IFN-γ对化疗药抗癌作用的影响。实验结果表明:(1)IFN-γ明显增强TIL和LAK对两种肿瘤细胞的杀伤活性;(2)IFN-γ显著增强五种化疗药物对SGC7901胃癌细胞的抗癌效应。结果提示,IFN-γ作为免疫治疗和免疫化疗的重要免疫调节剂,有一定的应用前景。
We studied the effects of IFN γ in immunotherapy and chemoimmunotherapy.The effects of IFN γ on TIL and LAK cytotoxicities on K562 tumor cell line and MKN45 gastric cancer tumor were observed.The antitumor effects of 5 chemotherapeutic agents with or without IFN γ on SGC7901 gastric cancer cell line were evaluated.The results showed that:(1) IFN γ obviously enhanced the cytotoxicities of TIL and LAK on 2 cell line;(2) IFN γ also increased the antitumor abilities of 5 agents on SGC7901 cell line.The study suggested that IFN γ is useful in immunotherapy and chemoimmunotherapy as an important immunomodulating agent.
