摘要
合成了新型息夫碱类试剂水杨醛 5,7-二溴 - 8-氨基喹啉 ,建立了该试剂荧光光度法测定痕量锌 ( )的新体系 ,在 p H5～ 6范围内 ,50 % ( V/ V)乙醇的溶液中 ,试剂与锌 ( )的络合比为 2∶ 1 ,λex/ λem=40 0 nm/ 4 75nm,线性范围为 0～ 2 88μg/ L,检出限为 1 .4μg/ L,考察了共存离子的影响 ,已应用于粮食中痕量锌的测定。
A new shiff′s base salicylaldehyde 5,7 dibrom 8 aminoquinoline(SABAQ) was prepared and its characteristics were studied. The optimal conditions for the formation of complex of SABAQ with Zn(Ⅱ)were established.The molar ratio of Zn to SABAQ was determined to be 1∶2. The proposed method was used for determination of Zn in crops in the range of 0～288 μg/L
