摘要
考察了聚甲醛 (POM)与热塑性酚醛树脂 (Novolak)的相容性 ;浊点法研究结果表明 ,POM/ Novolak共混物存在一个低位临界相转变温度 .DSC测试表明 ,POM与 Novolak共混后 ,共混物的熔点下降 ;通过DSC测试得到数据 ,采用 Hoffman-Weeks平衡熔点外推法和 Flory熔点下降方程推算出 POM与 Novolak的相互作用参数 (χ)约为 -0 .0 3 2 .FTIR研究表明 ,Novolak的羟基能够与 POM的醚氧基形成氢键 ,导致共混物中 Novolak的羟基峰向高频偏移 .研究结果表明 ,POM与
The miscibility of polyacetal(POM) with Novolak was studied. It was found that POM/Novolak blends showed a lower critical solution temperature in their cloud point curve and the melting point decreasing by DSC test. The interaction parameter( χ ) of POM and Novolak was calculated by Hoffman Weeks' equilibrium melting point method and Flory equation. The investigation of FTIR for POM/Novolak blends demonstrated that there was a hydrogen bond between the molecular chain of POM and Novolak, which resulted in the movement of absorption peak to a low frequency. All results certified that POM was miscible with Novolak.
