牛磺结合及其游离胆汁酸在小鼠镇咳祛痰抗炎模型上的作用比较 被引量:30

摘要 目的 :比较牛磺结合胆汁酸与其相应的游离胆汁酸镇咳、祛痰、抗炎活性方面的差异。方法 :以牛磺胆酸钠、牛磺去氧胆酸钠、牛磺鹅去氧胆酸钠、胆酸钠、去氧胆酸钠、鹅去氧胆酸钠为样品 ,各用 2 0 0、40 0、80 0 m g/ kg,ig,观察其在镇咳祛痰抗炎作用方面的差异。结果 :各种牛磺结合胆汁酸均能延长小鼠咳嗽潜伏期及减少 3m in内咳嗽次数 ;明显促进小鼠呼吸道分泌 ,增加酚红排泌量 ;明显抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳朵炎症反应和对抗醋酸所致的腹腔炎症 ,比其相应游离胆汁酸的作用强 ,在统计学上具显著性差异。结论 AIM: To compare the difference in antitussive, expectorant and anti inflammatory activities of tauro conjugated bile acids and the corresponding free ones. METHODS: Using TCA, TCDCA, TDCA and the corresponding free ones in 3 doses: 200, 400, 800 mg/kg, ig in mice and set up the models mice coughed by ammonia, excretion of phenol red, edema by xylol in the ear of mice and peritoneoscope by acetic acid. The difference in antitussive, expectorant and anti inflammatory activities of these drugs was observed. RESULTS: These conjugated bile acids inhibited mice cough, lengthened cough latency, increased excretion of phenol red, obviously inhibited edema in the ear of mice and peritoneoscope. But the corresponding bile acids were weak in these activities. CONCLUSION: It is confirmed that the conjugated bile acids are more effective than their free one in antitussive expectorant and anti inflammatory effects.
