摘要
目的 考察黄芩苷与磷脂形成复合物后的理化性能变化。方法 对研制的黄芩苷磷脂复合物的晶体特征、相变特征、水分散性质、溶解性能及油 水分配系数进行了研究。结果 X 射线衍射分析显示 ,复合物呈现无定型特征 ;差示扫描显示复合物的相变温度降低 ;还观察到复合物在水中分散呈胶团状 ,与脂质体类似 ;黄芩苷磷脂复合物明显改善了黄芩苷在水及正辛醇中的溶解性能 ;在不同pH水 正辛醇系统中 ,黄芩苷磷脂复合物的表观油 水分配系数与黄芩苷相比也有较大的差异。结论 与黄芩苷相比 。
OBJECTIVE To study the physico chemical properties of baicalin phospholipid complex.METHOD The apparent solubility,oil/water partition coefficients, crystal characteristics and other properties were investigated.RESULTS It was shown great improvements of the apparent solubility of baicalin phospholipid complex both in water and in n octyl alcohol.Some differences of apparent oil/water partition coefficients in the systems consisted of different pH water and n octyl alcohol were found between the complex and baicalin.The spectra of X ray diffraction indicated that the complex exhibited an amorphous characteristics and the crystal diffraction peaks of baicalin disappeared completely.A shift of the main transition of DPPC to a lower temperature was observed in the DSC spectrum of the complex.CONCLUSION The physico chemical properties of baicalin phospholipid complex were greatly different from those of Baicalin.
