摘要
本文描述了半野生大豆(Glycine gracilis)胚胎学的发育过程,结果如下: 1.花粉发育起源于多孢原。2.小孢子母细胞减数分裂的胞质分裂型为同时型,四分体呈四面体排列。3.成熟花粉粒为2—细胞型。4.花药壁的发育属基本型,药壁由5层细胞组成,即:表皮、药室内壁、中层、绒毡层。5.胚珠为单心皮、厚珠心、双珠被、弯生。6.胚囊发育属于蓼型,受精前,二极核融合为次生核,受精过程属有丝分裂前配子融合类型。7.合子第一次分裂为横分裂,胚的发育属柳叶菜型。8.胚乳为核型胚乳。胚囊合点端胚乳保持游离核状态,成为胚乳舍点吸器。9.胚柄存留时间较长,发育至双子叶胚后期。
This paper describes the embryology of Glycine gracilis, the results are as follow:1. The pollen development originates in the multiarchesporial cell.2. During the meiosis of microsporocyte, the cytokinesis is simultaneous. The microspore tetrad is tetrahedial.3. The mature pollen grain is two—celled type.4. The development of anther wall follows the Basic type, and the anther wall consists of five layers of cells: an epidermis, an endothecium, 2 middle layers and single—layered tapetum.5. The mature ovule of Glycine gracilis is monocarpellary, crassinucellate, bitegminous and campylotropous.6. The development of embryo sacis of the Polyonum type, before the fertilization, two polar nuclei fuse into the secondary nucleus.Th process of the fertilization belongs to Premitotic type of syngany. 7. The first division of the zygote is transverse. The embryogeny belongs to the Onagrd type.8. The endosperm is of the Nuclear type,without cellularization the chalazal region of endosperm remains free nuclear and becomes a chalazal haustorium.9. The suspensor survive longer till the late stage of dicotyledonous embryo.
