摘要
对贵州高原粳稻与中矮秆粳稻间的17个杂交组合F_1及7个杂交组合F_2的研究表明,F_1代株高介于双亲之间,高秆与矮秆均不表现显性,F_1代株高与中亲值间的相关极显著。在F_2代,大多数组合有超亲分离现象,株高分布呈一连续单峰曲线,故系多基因控制的数量性状,但遗传力较高,育种中可于早代进行选择。
Experiments were carried out with F1 of 17 cross combinations and F2 of 7 combinations between tall type of plateau local Keng rice and short-stalked Keng rice varieties. The results obtained as follows. The F1 plant height of 17 combinations were mediate between tall parents and short parents and neither of them showed no dominance. The correlation coefficient between plant height and mean value of parents was very significant(r =0.7473). Most of combinations showed transgressive segragation for plant height in Fz generation with a successive single peak curve. Therefore, the plant height was quantitative character and controlled by polygene. But its heritability was high and then it could be selected early.
