摘要
热回收环是具有一定发展前途的热回收系统,它利用中间热媒不断地将排风中的能量转移到新风中去,冬季预热新风,夏季预冷新风,从而节省了处理新风所消耗的能量.本文利用计算机模拟的方法,对在不同的迎面风速、表冷器管排数、气水比、空气流量比、新风温度、排风温度、排风含湿量下热回收环的性能进行了分析和计算,并总结出了热回收环的实用设计计算公式和图表,供设计时选用.
In this paper,a computer simulation methodis used to calculate and analyse thecoil energy-recovery loops under different coil face velocities,different coil rows,dif-ferent capacity-rate ratios of water to air,different air flow rate ratios of fresh airto exhausted air, different fresh air and exhausted air temperatures,and different ex-hausted air humidity ratios.Based on the resets of the calculation and analysis,apractical calculation method and curves for the design of coil energy-recovery loopsare given so as to simplify the design calculation of coil energy-recovery loops.
