摘要
在管状换热器设计中首先要综合考虑加热炉综合条件,我国的国情和燃料特点,其次,在具体设计中要考虑K 与ak 和ay 的关系, 如何加强空气和烟气侧的传热, 如何确定空气和烟气侧的流速, 如何确定管间距, 如何减化安装结构等, 这样才能达到较好的设计效果。
In the design of pipe heat exchanger,firstly,we must comprehensively consider the conditions of the furnace,the conditions of our country and the characteristics of the fuel.Secondly,in detail designs we must consider the relations between K and a k,a y,how to enhance heat transfer at the air side and waste gas side,how to decide the velocities of air and waste gas,how to decide the distance between pipes and how to simplify the installation structure,etc.Thus we can get better design results.
