摘要
如何准确地确定电力系统区域间的功率交换能力及影响因素 ,使系统在满足安全性及可靠性的约束条件下 ,最大程度地满足各区域的用电负荷需求 ,成为当今电力系统界所面临的急待解决的研究课题。文中介绍了电力系统区域间功率交换能力的概念、定义及相关问题 ,对其研究的历史、现状与方法作了系统的评述并对该领域今后的研究方向作了展望。
This paper introduces basic concept and definition of the transmission transfer capability of the interconnected power systems. A brief summarization on history, present and method of studies for the transmission transfer capability is given in this paper, and its study direction in the future also is looked ahead.
