水轮发电机制动环制动过程中温度和热应力有限元分析

Finite Element Analysis of Temperature and Thermal Stress of Brake Rings of Hydrogenerator during Their Braking Process

摘要 本文用ADINA和ADINAT有限元程序对我国某水轮发电机的原制动环和改后制动环做了11种工况下的温度和8种工况下的热应力计算,求得了制动过程中两种制动环的温度分布和热应力分布,给出了制动环温度随时间的变化趋势和表面温度达到最高时所对应的时间,在我国首次为定量分析制动环开裂原因及评价制动环温度和热应力提供了参考数据。 Temperature of 11 eases and thermal stresses of 8 cases for original and new brake rings of certain hydrogenerator are calculated by finite element programs ADINA and ADINAT. Both temperature and thermal stress distributions of two kinds of brake rings during their braking process are obtained. The tendency of brake ring temperature, changing with time, and the time, corresponding to its achieved maximum surface temperature, are given. It has first provided the reference date for quantitative analysing the cracking causes and assessing the temperatures and thermal stresses of brake rings in China.
