摘要
本文研究了含SF_6及N_2、CO_2,CCl_2F_2、CCl_4二元三元混合气体的电击穿特性。研究结果表明:二元混合气体SF_6/N_2、SF_6/CO_2中SF_6含量(50—60)%时,其耐电强度可达SF_6的85%以上;上述二元混合气体中加入适量CCl_2F_2,可以提高其耐电强度,甚至可接近SF_6的耐电强度并维持低价格。
In this paper, by the method of experiment, electrical breakdown cha-
racteristic of binary and ternary gaseous mixtures of SF_6 with N_2、CO_2、
CCl_2F_2 and CCl_4 is studied. The experimental results indicate that the
electric strength of gaseous mixtures of SF_6/N_2、SF_6/CO_2 are over 85% of
SF_6 when SF_6 equals 50--60 in these binary gaseous mixtures and that adding CCl_2F_2 of appropriate amount in these binary gaseous mixtures can increase
electrical strength to that of pure SF_6 thus its cost is reduced.
