摘要
计算表明,SF_6混合气体的混合比随高度的变化是很微小的,因此这不会成为影响SF_6混合气体工业应用的一个问题,SF_6/N_2混合气体的实验结果也证实了这一点。
Calculations in the present paper show that the mixing ratio of SF6 gas mixtures varies very slightly with their elevation. Therefore, vertical miiing should not be a problem hindering SFe gas mixtures from their industrial applications. The experimental results of SF6/N2 gas mixtures support this conclusion .
