摘要
在室温下、以乳化液为润滑剂,使用环-块磨损试验机进行了 Al2O3、 ZrO2及 Si3N4三种工程陶瓷与球墨铸铁、灰铸铁配副的滑动磨损试验。结果表明陶瓷磨损体积依次增加的顺序为 Al2O3→ ZrO2→ Si3N4,且陶瓷的磨损体积与铸铁的硬度成正比;而铸铁无论与何种陶瓷配副,灰铸铁的磨损体积大于球墨铸铁,马氏体基体铸铁的磨损体积反而大于珠光体基体铸铁。
Sliding friction and wear tests of ceramics Al2O3,ZrO2 and Si3N4 against ductile irons and grey caste irons were carried out on a ring- block wear tester at room temperature under emulsion lubricating.It was found that the wear volume of ceramics increased in the order of Al2O3→ ZrO2→ Si3N4,and was in proportion to the hardness of cast irons.The wear volume of grey irons greater than that of ductile irons when irons match with above ceramics.The wear volume of cast iron with martensitic matrices was greater than that of pearlitic matrices.
