摘要
钢铁企业生产中含有大量的工业副产气 ,运用变压吸附PSA(PressureSwingAdsorption)分离净化技术可获得高纯H2 ,CO及食品级CO2 。简述了H2 、CO及CO2 的主要用途 ,并介绍了PSA的基本原理及其用于从炼钢转炉气中提纯H2 、CO及CO2 的方法 。
High pure H 2,CO and CO 2 for food purpose can be obtained from the industrial waste gas in the iron and steel production by pressure swing adsorption (PSA). This paper introduces some main purposes of H 2, CO and CO 2, and the basic principle of PSA as well as the purification method of H 2, CO and CO 2 from converter waste gas. The prospects of the application of PSA technology in iron and steel plants are predicted in this paper.
