摘要
介绍了把真空变压吸附 (VPSA)制取的低纯度氧气应用在 70t超高功率电弧炉的情况 ,理论分析了钢中碳氧反应和钢中氮气的含量的变化 ,并对其进行了实际检测。理论和生产实践结果分析表明 :采用VPSA制取的低纯度氧气代替纯氧在 70t超高功率电弧炉上炼钢是可行的 。
The application of low-purity oxygen obtained from VPSA in 70t UHP EAF has been introduced in this paper. The changes on carbon-oxygen reaction and nitrogen content in steel have been analyzed theoretically and measured practically. The results from the theoretical analysis and practical production have showed that low-purity oxygen applied to 70t UHP EAF is feasible which can obtain remarkable economical effects.
