摘要
我国目前实行的是按劳分配为主、按劳分配与按生产要素分配相结合的分配制度。应当说 ,这一分配制度与我国当前社会生产力的发展水平以及社会主义市场经济的发展要求是相适应的。但是深入观察社会现实就会发现 ,在贯彻实行这一分配制度的过程中 。
The distributing system currently practiced in China is featured by the distribution according to work with an integration with one according to production elements. While it is fair to say that this system matches well with the present social productivity and the development of the socialist market economy in China, a closer observation of the social reality would reveal considerable problems in the practice of this system.
