摘要
[目的]对宾馆、旅社客房服务人员深入调查,以便采取积极主动的健康教育方式,提高该人群的知识水平、个体防护能力和客户卫生服务质量。[方法]通过问卷、匿名调查,对309名宾馆、旅社客户服务人员进行调查。[结果]该人群对艾滋病的相关知识初有认识,均分为71分,其中对艾滋病危害、主要传播途径、基本预防方法有所了解;但对与该行业直接相关的个体防护措施掌握不全面;78. 64%和92.23%的眼务人员对一旦得知所服务的对象是HIV人类免疫缺陷病毒感染者或AIDS艾滋病病人时则感到惊恐害怕、拒绝为之服务;26.34%服务人员缺乏及时报告疫情的认识,个体旅社服务人员在知识、态度、自我防护及疫情报告诸方面远差于宾馆服务人员。[结论]主管部门应加强教育管理。公共卫生监督部门应制订相关的上岗前增训要求、卫生服务标准、个体防护措施并强化监督。
[Objective]To survey the attendants of hotels, in order to improve people's knowledge standard, self- prevention ability, and sanitary service of hotel with active way of health education. [Method]Through questionnaire and anonymous survey among 309 hotel attendants . [Result]This group has basic learning of AIDS related knowledge, average score is 71, especially in the respect of Aids hazards, main routes of transmission, and basic prevention method, but they had no all - round knowledge of individual prevention measures related directly to this calling. 78.64% and 92.23% attendants felt frightened once they learned the vip they served were infected with HIV or AIDS and refused to serve them. 26.34% attendants were not willing to report the epidemic situation in time. And it was found the attendants of state - own hotels were better than those of private - own hotels in terms of knowledge, attitude, self- prevention, and epidemic situation reporting. [Conclusion]Departments responsible for the work should strengthen education and management. Departments in charge of public hygiene supervision should set related requirements for training workers before they were engaged in work, sanitary service standard, and individual prevention measures.
