摘要
设有某批元件,其寿命X服从参数为μ,σ2的对数正态分布,σ2,已知,μ未知。设某系统A是由K个独立工作的元件组成的串联系统,本文讨论基于元件及系统两者的完全试验数据,求未知参数μ,元件的平均寿命以及在时刻t0元件或系统可靠性的极大似然估计或一致最小方差无偏估计。
This paper deals with the estimation on reliability of series system with Log-Normal type distribution by using of the complete test data of both components and system. The maximum likelihood estimation and uniformly minimum variance unbiased estimation of unknown parameter and average life of component are discussed. Furthermore the estimation on reliability of component and system when time t = t0 is studied.
