摘要目的　研究脑梗死急性期患者血浆胰岛素样生长因子 1(IGF 1)的含量变化及其临床意义。方法　 30例脑梗死急性期患者于发病后 2 4h内及发病后第 3天、第 10天上午 6～ 8时采血 ,采用放免法测定血IGF 1含量。另选30例脑梗死后遗症期患者及 30名正常人作为对照。结果　脑梗死急性期患者血IGF 1(第 1天为 99± 5 1,第 3天为91± 5 1,第 10天为 93± 44 ,单位 :μg/L)明显低于脑梗死后遗症期患者 (171± 5 1)及正常人 (175± 49)。结论　脑梗死急性期患者血浆IGF 1含量降低 ;IGF 1在脑梗死的发生、发展中起一定作用。 Objective To study the change of insulin like growth factor 1(IGF 1) plasma level and its clinical significance in patients with cerebral infarction during acute stage.Methods The blood of 30 patients with acute cerebral infarction was drawn three times,i.e., within 24 hours after the onset of disease and at 6:00 A.M.to 8:00 A.M.on the third day and the tenth day of the disease,for measuring the plasma IGF 1.The plasma IGF 1 level was examined by means of RIA.Thirty patients with sequelae of cerebral infarcrion and 30 healthy persons were used as controls.Results The plasma level of IGF 1 in acute cerebral infarction patients was significantly lower than that in the patients with cerebral infarction sequelae and the healthy persons(P<0.01).Conclusion IGF 1 level lowered in the cerebral infarction patients at acute stage and may play a certain role in the course of cerebral infarction.
