摘要
目的 :依据即刻加载种植理论 ,对一期法种植前牙进行早期、永久性牙冠修复。方法 :CDIC锥状螺旋和叶状种植体植入前牙缺失区 ,术后一周内完成釉质瓷或烤瓷牙冠修复。结果 :42枚前牙种植义齿随访0.5～2年 ,临床成功率95%。结论 :前牙CDIC种植术后 ,在无创伤条件下 ,可不经临时义齿过渡期 ,而直接进行早期、永久性牙冠修复 ,该方法能缩短修复周期 ,节省治疗费用 ,有利于保持牙槽嵴高度 ,及时满足患者美观要求 。
Objective:According to principle of immediate loading implantion,permanent crowns were restorated for superstructures of anterior implants after a short period of operation.Medthods:CDIC one_stage implants were used for missing anterior teeth.Belle_glass or metal porcelain crowns were restorated within one_week operation.Result:After 0.5_2 years follow_up observation,success rate was about 95% in 42 implant cases.The clinic examinations includ implant stability,GI(gingival index),X_rays and crown structure.Conclusion:Without occlusal injury,temporary denture can be replaced by early permanent crown.This new restorative treatment have many advandages such as saving time and cost,keeping alveolar heigh and width,and satisfying esthetic demand.
