摘要
采用RP -HPLC法测定仙灵骨葆胶囊和密骨胶囊中淫羊藿甙含量 ,为建立其质量控制标准提供方法。色谱柱为C18反相柱 5 μm ,4 6× 15 0mm ;流动相为甲醇 :水 :3 6%乙酸 (60 :3 9 2 :0 78) ,流速 1ml/min ;检测波长为 2 70nm ,线性范围 0 5 3～ 2 12 μg。结果表明 ,该方法灵敏、专属、可靠 ,回收率达 95 87(密骨胶囊 )、10 0 6% (仙灵骨葆胶囊 )
The icariine content in “Epimedium Bone-Maintaining Capsules”and “Bone Density Capsules” was determined by RE-HPLC method,with C18 reverse phase column 5μg in 46×15mm as a chromatographic column,methanol:water:36% acetic acid (60:39:078) in the flow rate of 1ml/min as a mobile phase,with wave length in 270mm,and linear range in 035～212μg,in order to offer a method for establishing a quality control standard.The results indicate that this method is nimble,unique and reliable and its recovery rate accounts for 9587%(“Epimedium Bone-Maintaining Capsules”) and 1006%(“Bone Density Capsules”).
