温阳化饮方对寒饮蕴肺证家兔肺通气作用的机理研究 被引量:6

Mechanism Study on Pulmonary Ventilatory Function of “Yang-Warming and Fluid-Dispersing Formula”in Rabbits with Accumulation of Cold Fluid in the Lung

摘要 为研究肺阳化饮改善肺通气的机制 ,将家兔随机分为对照 (A)组、造模 (B)组、治疗 (C)组。B组与C组采用控制通气量、生理盐水输液和置于寒冷环境的方法 ,建立寒饮蕴肺证的家兔病理模型 ,C组以温阳化饮方 (小青龙汤加人参、黄芪 )模拟治疗 ,测定和分析相关指标如呼吸、心率、血压、尿量、动脉血气变化、血浆皮质醇、醛固酮含量变化、肺组织形态学改变等。结果 :C组与B组比较 ,颈动脉血PaCO2 减低 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,PaO2 、pH值、SBE升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,血浆皮质醇升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,醛固酮降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :温阳化饮方有使支气管扩张 ,抗炎利尿以改善肺通气的作用 。 In order to study the mechanism of the pulmonary ventilatory function improved by“Yang-Warming and Fluid-Dispersing Formula”,rabbits were randomly divided into the control group(A),model group(B)and treatment group(C).In the model group and treatment group,the pathologic rabbit models with accumulation of cold fluid in the lung were set up by controlling the ventilatory volume,infusion of physiologic saline and leaving the models in cold environment.The treatment group was treated in imitation by“Yang-Warming and Fluid-Dispersing Formula”(“Minor Blue Dragon Decoction”plus Radix Ginseng and Radix Astragali)to determine and analyze the related indexes,such as respiration,heart rate,blood pressure,urine volume,change in at rerial blood gas,plasma corticosteroid,change in aldosterone content,morphological change of the pulmonary tissues,etc.The results showed that in comparison between the treatment group and model group,PaCO2 of carotid blood was decreased(P<0.001),with elevation in PaO2.PH value,SBE(P<0.05),and plasma corticosteroid(P<0.05),and with drop in aldosterone(P<0.05).The conclusion is that“Yang-Warming and Fluid-Dispersing Formula”possesses the fuctions to dilate the bronchi,resist inflammation and promote urination to improve the pulmonary ventilation,which may be one of the mechanism in this formula for this syndrome.
