摘要
根据肺行水与呼吸相关的理论 ,以现代实验技术和方法 ,模拟寒饮蕴肺证的形成原因和病理改变 ,建立该证的家兔病理模型 ,并以小青龙汤的模拟治疗效应进行印证 ,从动脉血气分析、肺组织 c AMP/c GMP。
According to the TCM theory that lung's function of controlling the circulation of fluid inside the body concerned with its respiratory function,pathological model of cony with TCM syndrome of cold rheum lying lung latently was established by modern experimental method and technology.The pathological models of conies were treated with minor decoction of green dragon to observe the therapeutic effects.The credibility of the models was analyzed and assessed through observing some parameters,such as indexes of arterial blood gas analysis,levels of cAMP and cGMP,the ratio of cAMP/cGMP in lung tissue and change of urine amount.
