摘要
针对西北地区生态农业背景、特点 ,分析了生态农业建设在西部开发中的地位 ,认为西北地区生态农业建设的基本思路应以水为度 ,量水而行 ,节水为本 ;立足生态环境保护 ,发展效益型的生态种养模式 ;推广特色种植 ,绿色加工 ,以本土化实现国际化 ;加强民居建设 ,实现跨越式发展目标。其中的关键举措有建立节水工程 ,发展节水高效农业 ;以经济林(草 )建设为中心 ,提倡人工植树种草 ,控制土地“三化”;兴办区域化精品产业 ,搞好精细加工 ;按照趋利避害原则 ,取长补短 。
Based on its background and characteristics, the role of establishing ecological agriculture system in the Northwest region in the drive of Western Regions Development was analyzed. It is proposed that water resources available should be taken as the primary factor in the establishment of ecological agriculture system in this region and all water saving techniques should be attached great importance to. Key measures should be adopted are building water saving projects, developing high efficient water saving farming system, expanding economic forest and grass, controlling desertification, salinization or alkalinization of soil, boosting local high quality industries, promoting product deep processing, expanding facility agriculture and etc.
