摘要
扦插繁殖国家二级保护植物榉树 ( Zelkova schneideriana)时 ,最好选择枝粗 >1 .2cm,并用生长激素处理 ,其中 ABT1号生根粉 1 0 0 mg/L浸泡扦插基部 2 h效果最好 ,其成活率高达 81 .4%。春插较秋插效果好 ,两者相比平均成活率提高 1 7.8%。
In order to propagate by cuttings, branches of Zelkova schneideriana Hand Mazz. that is the second class protected plant in China, it is better to select diameter>1.2 cm and to treat them with growth hormone. The base of cuttings should be soaked in the 100 mg/L ABT(1) solution for 2 hours, the survival rate could reach 81.4%.ABT(1) was more effevtive than the others. In addition, cuttings in spring was better than those in autumn. Average survival rate of cuttings in spring increased by 17.8% compared with that of in autumn.
