水分胁迫下四种滨藜属植物保护酶活性的变化 被引量:23

Change of protective enzyme activity of the four species in the genus Atriplex under water stress

摘要 在水分胁迫下,对4种滨藜属(AtriplexL.)植物的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、丙二醛含量(MDA)进行了测定.结果表明:水分胁迫10-20d,4种滨藜的SOD、CAT、POD活性呈上升趋势;而水分胁迫20~30d,SOD、CAT、POD活性开始呈现下降趋势。4种滨藜MDA含量均随胁迫时间延长而逐步增加.A.canescens和A.obovata MDA含量较低,且增加幅度小;而A.gardneri和A.1entiformisMDA含量较高,且增加幅度较大. SOD, CAT,POD, MDA of the four species in the genus Atriplex under the water stress were measured. The results indicated that the activity of SOD, CAT, POD of the four species increased gradually from the tenth day to the twentieth day under water stress, and decreased from the twentieth day to the thirtieth day. The content of MDA of the four species of Atriplex were increasing gradually with the prolonged stress time. The contents of MDA of A. canescens and A. obovata were lower than those of A. gardneri and A. lenti forrnis.
